Megan brings her experience as a lawyer and a Registered Psychotherapist, along with her humour and empathy, to her workshops and presentations. She aims to connect authentically with her audience, offering opportunities for reflection, engagement, and collaboration.

Megan blends psychoeducation about our brains, emotions, and nervous systems, normalization of the challenges of being human (and especially being human in a high-performance profession), and practical tools for listeners to implement in their everyday lives.

Megan teaches new skills in an accessible and relevant way, which could include stress and anxiety management techniques, burnout prevention strategies, trauma processing skills, building a sense of agency and control, and self-compassion practices.
